work

i really think i am very underpaid and should be able to handle various of tasks at the same time. now, i got the following tasks:
1. check for transaction data, legally a bank should have a 7-year-back-up of their records. however, the system i support lost data from arp04. who can find it back those 10000 more or less records?
2. excel excel excel. i am an excel expert? am i? i need to work for a file with 19tabs in a single file.
3. long out standing Notes application for unknown parties. why i need to work for that? who will reward me and recognize that?
4. hopefully can work for some development work and learn project management skills.

i have tones of ideas, i read a lot and some common sense, how to make me be better? to be a educated person?
