A very crazy song by The Flaming Lips from the album "At War with the Mystics". Released in 2006, and nominated for Grammy for Best Alternative Music Album award. Apparently, the lyric refers to the US president Gorge W. Bush, for his abuse of power. Idiom says "Power tends to corrupt; absolute power corrupts absolutely" (權力使人腐化，絕對的權力使人絕對腐化). It's such a shame that the government / tycoons / media are getting more powerdul, but did nothing to benefit the society.
