我沒有宗教信仰, 因為怕人多時集體做一些冥想或是禱告, 對著空氣對著不實在的東西做些儀式。可能我太自戀, 太保護自己, 太須要張看眼看得見的安全感吧，但有時聽到呢類福音歌曲(當然還有spiritualized), 或睇到有關的文章, 真係令我會諗一諗做人的意義. Massive Attack 原來1991年的blue lines 已經 cover 過這首1974年 William DeVaughn 的one hit wonder. 當年當地的歌詞, 現在看回可令人失笑, 當年的 pop music 就是這樣子嘛，但音樂始終能打破語言和文化隔膜的。
當知足常樂已經係知易行難的時候, 要be thankful 更是談何容易. 諗諗下自己依家比上不足比下有餘的生活，其實沒有什麼不妥。
